What are your opening hours?

We're open Tuesday through Friday from 7am to 6pm, Saturday from 7am to 4pm, and Sunday from 8am to 2pm. We're closed on Mondays so our team can rest and prep for the week ahead.

How far in advance do I need to order a custom cake or pastry?

We ask for at least 5–7 days' notice for custom cakes and specialty orders. For larger wedding or event cakes, please get in touch at least 3–4 weeks ahead so we can give your order the attention it deserves.

Do you require a deposit for custom orders?

Yes — a 50% deposit is required to confirm all custom orders. The remaining balance is due upon pickup. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date.

Do you offer delivery?

We currently offer pickup in-store only. We're a small neighbourhood bakery and want to make sure every order reaches you in perfect condition. That said, we're exploring local delivery — stay tuned!

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Absolutely! We offer a rotating selection of gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free items. Please let us know about any allergies when placing your order so we can take extra care. Our kitchen does handle common allergens, so we recommend checking with us directly if you have a severe allergy.

Can I order items I don't see on the menu?

Yes! We love a creative challenge. Reach out through our Custom Orders form or give us a call to discuss your ideas. If we can bake it, we will.

Do daily specials sell out?

They do — and often early! We bake fresh every morning, so we recommend coming in before noon to catch the full selection. Follow us on social media for daily updates on what's coming out of the oven.
